This deposit system is for winter festive period bookings.

You must have a reservation confirmation email containing the following :

1) A booking code

2) The amount of deposit required from you

 

ONLY ONE PAYMENT CARD MAY BE USED TO PAY THE DEPOSIT.

Muiltiple / split deposit payments are not available. 

 

Festive Period Deposit per head

  • Any deposits paid are deducted off your final bill. However, if less people arrive and we haven't been notified at least 5 days in advance, we retain the deposit for each non arrival as a loss of seat charge.  

  • Refunds may take up to 7-10 working days. If your booking is cancelled, and we are notified at least 5 days before it is scheduled, you will receive a full refund of any depsoits paid. If your numbers drop, and we are notified of the changes at least 2 days in advance, we will deduct any deposits paid off your total bill. If less people arrive on the night, and we were not notified, we will retain £10 per non arrival as a loss of seat charge,
